Follow in the Footsteps of Early Speleologists
Leave the paved tram paths behind. The Caving Exploration Adventure (Early Explorers Experience) is for active travelers who want to crawl, hike, and wade through untouched caverns exactly as Danish speleologist Ole Sorensen did when first charting Harrison’s Cave in the 1970s.
Physical Requirements & What to Bring
Participants must be at least 16 years of age in good physical condition. You will get wet and muddy — bring a change of clothes, towel, and wear sturdy lace-up running shoes or hiking boots with good grip (no water shoes, crocs, or sandals).
